Picks from the Pittsburgh World of Wheels

This onwards weekend saying the 51st yearly Pittsburgh World of Wheels come up to to town. I spent the weekend by the side of the be evidence for as I had a car entered so I had the opportunity to use up a LOT of instant looking from the side of all the eye toffee to show. Here's a few of my choices of cars and trucks so as to be on the show.

the Pittsburgh World of Wheels

This 1965 Corvette was publicized by Ron Champe. This car was a retirement project so as to take greater than two years to complete.

Dip Liberatore brought not worth it this awe-inspiring 1963 Ford Galaxie 500 light stress replica. Gotta love the old factory racers and this single had all the looks, plus the punch recognition to a motor from Ford Racing. Dip had the 64 hooked up via a tow ban to his equally kind 64 Galaxie convertible.

Atomic Orange is single of my favorite up to date GM flag, it's plus a favorite of Jim McGruder of Ohio. He brought his mildly customized 2007 Corvette which is themed around Orange Crush pick-me-up.

Here's any more food themed opening. This 1955 Chevy Pickup owned by Gary & Flo Garman of Mt. Wolf, helper. Called Home Grown. The color theme of this tasty ride is watermelon. And attractive handle is the slight shiny surface purposely placed on a only some raised edges and the tail gate. And you allow to love the watermelon shaped and painted air cleaner cover.

Tammy Ray of Dahlonega, GA brought the 2011 Ridler Award winning 1933 Ford Phaeton to Pittsburgh. It's unkind to conceal so as to this is a Chip Foose designed scorching rod. This single will be back in Detroit in a only some weeks to defend its title.

Dennis Mascari, landlord of Mascari Auto Body brought two cars from his collection of the be evidence for. This 1957 Chevy Nomad carries a factory fuel injection and actual Corvette knockoff wheels.
